This two bedroom apartment has the following amenities:

  • Fully furnished, with linens, towels & fully equipped kitchen,
  • Central air-conditioner, cable TV, phone with internet connection,
  • The building has pool, gym, cafeteria, mini-bar, pool room, internet room, 24 hour front desk,
  • Direct access to the beach from the building’s facilities,
  • The building is at walking distance from: Hotels with casinos, & restaurants; pharmacies, & supermarkets (some of which open 24 hours a day)
  • Public transportation available in front of the building.

This apartment is rented, subject to availability, on either a month to month basis or on a daily basis (minimum rental is 3 nights), at the following rates:

  • Month to month basis from April 1st. to December 15th. at $1800-2125/month (depending on rental duration) + utilities (electric, water, etc) or in a daily basis at $135/night + 7%Tax
  • From Dec 15th.  to April 1st.  it rents at the high season rates which are approximately $2800-3500/month or $160-185/day (e-mail or call for details & availability).
